StopKG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our browser extensions solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The software, code, logos, designs, typography, and text of the Services are the sole property of StopKG and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from our extensions without our express written permission.
4. Payments and Purchases
We offer premium features and lifetime licenses for our products.
- Merchant of Record: All payments are processed and fulfilled by LemonSqueezy, who acts as our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
- Refunds: Refund policies are subject to LemonSqueezy's terms and conditions. Generally, you can contact us at support@stopkg.com if you experience issues with your purchase.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our Services in any manner that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our telemetry databases or Supabase endpoints.
- Distributes malware, viruses, or any other malicious code via or in relation to our tools.
6. Telemetry and Analytics
As detailed in our Privacy Policy, our extensions collect anonymous CSS selector performance metrics using Supabase to dynamically repair broken block rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to this telemetry. You may opt out of telemetry anytime within the extension settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. STOPKG MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Furthermore, because social media platforms frequently change their website layouts, we cannot guarantee that Dopamine Cleaner will block all content elements instantly and permanently at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL STOPKG OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF STOPKG HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Any claim relating to StopKG's Services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
